I asked Toti specifically to take my case in front of the judge so it could be heard and NOT to attempt negotiations with my narcissistic ex. However, Toti went behind my back and attempted negotiations, delaying the Hearing and causing a huge fiasco with my kids. He thinks he knows everything, he is a stuck-up jerk, and doesn't listen to a thing you say.

They will not fight for you, just convince you to settle. Lazy lawyers.

Frank is not very helpful and seems to only do the minimum required of him to appear that he is trying. When trying to finalize the case over the phone, I heard him say, "this is f***ing stupid", under his breath. Something happened during the transition for the children, which I had mentioned was a potential outcome, to which he did not plan to counteract.
I was already underwhelmed by his performance in court and those last interactions I had with him sealed my opinion. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
