This guy is a sleazy, classless, shameless creep! Brett Whipple contacted me through the letgo app, because I was advertising data entry services through there. He saw my picture and tried to proposition and solicit me for illegal (s-e-x-u-a-l) services. As you can see from the proof I've provided, he's a real CREEP! Apparently there's not a single gentelman left in las Vegas! I advise all of you to be very careful before working with this imposter, because this so-called "professional" is not who he portrays himself to be! And I can see he also has a wife who he clearly cheats on! What a loser!

I dont consider myself a criminal but I somehow ended up in a very unfortunate situation due to some shady people and carelessness of my own. What originally started out as something that would have affected the rest of my life ended up with the best possible outcome. Whipple was my second attorney in the matter after I fired the first one for colluding with the district attorney. Bret fought hard for me and was honest straight to the point, and gave me comfort in one of the most difficult times of my life. Save your money

We got ourselves into some pretty serious trouble a while back. There were personal problems the District Attorney had no interest in hearing. We also had a corrupt judge who grabbed every single court appearance and sent down her wrath!! She's since been removed, but really had it in for us!!
Brett kept us up on all the details and appearances... ALWAYS being there. He got a lot of her sentences minimized...charges as well.
My husband and I are more grateful than words can say for Brett's patience, knowledge, and experience. He's great about explaining everything and letting you know what's going to happen.

Mr. Whipple did not represent me but did represent someone very close to me. Needless to say he lost the case, no surprise there. The manner in which he attempts to discredit witnesses is deplorable... Anything or anyone is fair game as long as he gets his Almighty dollar... Run for your life.. You are better off representing yourself, won't lose your shirt doing it and won't loose everyone in your life in the process. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

My wife hired the services of this lawyer thinking he would help get out of CCA Elloy Az immigration center.. In the end he never showed up to my courts, never resolved anything.. His secretary would not answer when my wife called and after waiting 7 months without any help they still took a long time to drop my case and they didn't even send any of my documents or file
In the end I represented my self and was released under my own recognizance
Its because of lawyers like him that people don't trust lawyers
