Because of his inabilities and lack of knowledge regarding the law, an innocent woman by the name of Kirsten Labato spent almost SIXTEEN YEARS in prison for doing nothing wrong. If anything, people like Wolfson should be arrested and spend the rest of their lives locked up. What a perfect example of human trash. Not to mention the rest of the trash connected to the DA's office.

Why hasn’t the woman who pushed her 71 year old family member, Harold Nabb, being charged with his murder. There were 2 similar cases here where arrests and charges were filed. This case happened in April, 2019!!! Still no arrest, no name released and no charges filed. Is the DA friends with the family? Does the law apply to everyone? This failure to seek justice is a failure to the community and it wreaks of corruption and lies. Shame on D. A Wolfson for protecting a killer and cold blooded person who would push her own elderly family member down and leave him in the house alone to die!!

Why aren't we looking into that case where the woman pushes an elderly man off the bus and kills him as a Hate Crime?

I am was charged with domestic now finding an honest job is nearly impossible , and before all of this I was sleeping in my bed, my home broken into by a psychotic person and the courts say I am guilty of beating a person with a baseball bat, but they have a scratch on their finger, I figured the The evidence speaks for it self but how do you prove something that didn’t happen they the courts don’t need Evidence they are complicit the courts just to violate your rights they don’t protect your rights amazing I was a man sleeping in my bed and now I can’t get a job ha ha Ha amazing I hate the State of Nevada, most everybody in the government here is inept, unfair or hypocritical these folks are not excluded.

As a custodial parent of 3 children i think our district attorney should be doing more to help us get the child support we need to help support our children and should put stronger sentences in place for non-compliant parents who do not have their children.

The DA in Clark County has a special place in hell reserved just for him. Read about the Kristin Blaise Lobato case and it will make you sick to your stomach knowing that such evil, dishonest, and maliciously corrupt scumbags are in such positions to knowingly take an innocent person's life away without any regard whatsoever. I hope he burns for all eternity.
