These attorneys only want your money. They charged over $7000 for my child custody case a few years ago, that only took 5 minutes of court time and she wasn't my original Attorney to begin with. I did 80% of the legwork in my case. I tried to obtain services again with the same case and they refused to even speak to me until I pay another $300. Is this any way to treat your returning clients for a consult? Absolutely irate! This proves they are money hungry. No way to treat your clients, past or present! I will take my business elsewhere where integrity and values are integrated into their work.

Looking for representation in a child custody case? Don't go to Michelle Hauser. She's a money hungry attorney who only cares about the all mighty buck she stands to make. She could care less about your child. She's vulgar and offensive and rants how great she is. We went through a very long and expensive trial and when she found out we were running out of money after paying in excess of 155k, she did everything in her power to settle the case unfavorably and didn't care about our concerns. She wanted it over with when she knew money was an issue and now is suing for her remaining fees. Tried to settle with her and in her true unreasonable style, the answer was no. My granddaughter is forced to file bankruptcy. She'll treat you like garbage, yell at you, put you down when she doesn't want your input and then come after you using her power to file suit against you for every last dime. Wish I could turn back the hands of time. The horrible experience we had with her will last a lifetime. If you have a complex child custody case, look elsewhere. Don't retain this lady. There's so many other fine, professional attorneys out there and she's definitely not one of them. Child custody cases are so emotional and taxing anyway, and she only adds insult to injury during such a trying time.

Dawn and Michelle are very professional and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. All around great customer service with the entire office. My case had to do with my teenage son and from the very start Michelle told me what to expect and it ended up being exactly as what she said. I walked away very happy with how my case turned out. After hiring an attorney for divorce wich didnt do anything for me in 5 months and as my case reached a point where it was going to be dismissed I reached out to Throne & Houser as my friend referred me to Them when I spoke to Michelle regarding my case she said tje case was a mess and only 6 days left before the judge dimissed my case Michelle prepared a decree of divorce in just couple of days and took care of everything that had not been done in months, and in 2 weeks I got the great news from her I was finally divorced and everything in the decree was exactly how i wanted i would definetly recommend Throne & Houser attorneys at Law

Five stars because our goal was accomplished. I had multiple businesses at risk which I was able to keep in the end without any losses. What I appreciated most during this very painful process (divorce) was that Dawn was very honest and was able to cast a timeline and expectations. Everything she thought "probable" based on the information she had is exactly what happened. There were specific actions on the part of Throne & Hauser that created a positive outcome. I appreciated the teamwork of the staff as well.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. I hired them for a custody case and soon found out they treat their clients like crap. They threaten to withdraw numerous times even when you try to ask questions and with every invoice they send comes with the same threats even though i never missed a payment and in total i paid them close to 65k, when you are that financially invested, it is impossible to stop and just go get another attorney - they say things to clients like "shut the F.... up, you do know how to shut the F... up dont you?" they also complain to me about how other clients treat them, which i can see because of how they treat people. They refuse to send you documents filed with the court, which is your right as a plaintiff and were completely unprepared with a cross examination of the defendant and closing arguments - they just 'wing' it. Stay away from hiring this firm - Unless of course, you want added stress of attornies that will treat you poorly adding to your stress of an already stressful case you will be involved in.

Michelle and Dawn are great they represented my son in a unusual custody case and they were so informed when we went to court the plaintiffs were totally dumbfounded and basically speechless, the case was actually over and in our favor in a matter of minutes.

Horrible services she wont listen to your case she will only care about making easy money it is impossible to get contact with her and will never return a call. Her partner will call and harass you and if you terminate her services while you still have the case she will continue to work on your case charging you a arm and a leg and she will sue you without serving you documents
