Punk hanged right up in my face & wen i called back nobody picks up would not go here never unprofessional by far

This place is the WORST! They charged me for a service they NEVER did. The day I got my speeding ticket I contacted this office to help me. They did nothing and I got a warrant out for my arrest because they NEVER worked on my ticket. I spoke with Eva and she told me she was going to give me a refund since November, it's now May and I still haven't received anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want to be IGNORED, ROBBED AND LIED TO.

I didn't even use them to fix my ticket for being in the carpool lane because when I called for advice they were honest and said I'd be better off going through the justice court myself and putting the fifty dollars they would charge for the same thing and put it towards the ticket! Honesty means a lot and even though they didn't make money off of me this time I will be sure to use them when I really do need to add will recommend them to anyone!

Handled my first ticket. Definitely will continue to go through them.

My husband gets tickets a lot (unfortunately) and I always turn to 24 hour ticket power. They handle the process from beginning to end with the best service. Will continue to use if anymore tickets come up.

This group is amazing. They are friendly professional and handle everything with ease. I had a ticket due the 17th, I called 16th, and my ticket got dismissed. Which is amazing. Eva, is very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions since I have never had to retain a lawyer before. If you get a ticket I suggest you use them for your lawyer. Amazing!

Overpriced.
