Walk away...just walk away...

Terrible Customer Service paid $3500, Nothing has happened with my case. Nor has the Lawyer called me back in 4 months

I had 10 minute phone consultation with the attorney. I dropped off all paper work with his receptionist, who made copies. I continued to drop off correspondences that were received with his office. I paid approximately $500 to his office. I went to court on 2 occasions and this man never showed. I went to his office after the first appearance and advise his receptionist to have him call and gave her the new court date. I received no response from his office and he failed to show on the hearing date. I would not recommend this man office to represent my dog. $500 for a 10 phone session. I could not tell you what he even looks like. I don't recommend this attorney to anyone.

Please do not use this lawyer. I should have listened to these reviews. Louis Minicozzi is a fraud. He takes your money and gets nothing done. He has more illness and deaths in the family than anyone I know. He will lie right to your face. Do not give him any money or you will be as sorry as I am.

This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had with a Law Firm! I Used Louis Minicozzi for a case and paid in full at my consultation. He then handed me a packet to fill out, I followed up with his office wanting to begin the process and was told he was out of the office. I then called a few weeks later, and still got the same response, that he was out of the office. I then waited another MONTH, followed up ONCE AGAIN and still told MR. Minicozzi was out of the office due to a personal issue. (I later found out he had a death in the family, and had surgery). He was "out of the office" for over 4 months, and my case was put on hold for almost a year! I am completely sympathetic for his situation, but if he cannot take care of his clients, he doesn't need to take on any new cases! Also his receptionist working for him, was so rude. She does not need to be working with people, she has a bad attitude every time I called, treats me "his client" as if I was not important enough to take a message or call back!. This office needs a serious reality check, and needs to be turned into the 'Better Business Bureau'! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this Law Firm! I then went to Stovall and Associates, my experience there has been great from the very start! I should have started with him. He knows what he is doing and actually treats his clients like they matter! Mr. Minicozzi should pick another profession!
