Mr. Welt got my case settled so fast, he was really a godsend!

Mr. Welt is not very personable and I believe he could work on that and create a more inviting atmosphere. His staff is a little more friendly. Parking is not very convenient, if you can find parking at all. Welt states disability benefits can take up to 3 years to even get a response. I do not recommend this lawyer.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the staff was nice, but Gerald Welt? he was rude, unprofessional and had no sympathy and seemed very cold. I do not recommend, AT ALL.

Mr welt was very professional and I am very grateful for him and his team, it was a long hard process but, we prevailed in the end and we won the case and may God bless them all.

Not very friendly or a helpful attorney. Treats u like money rather than like a client. I would think twice about going to this attorney. I also worked 15 yrs in the legal field and that's the impression I got. Good Luck to everyone else

Outstanding, Professional Attorney
After being denied by SSA at multiple levels, I decided to hire Mr. Welt who is highly rated/recommended. Mr. Welt is direct, thorough with no frills. Prior to agreeing to take your case he speaks with you to evaluate your circumstances and assess the likelihood of a positive outcome. Basically, do you meet SSA criteria for a potentially favorable decision in the appeal process. His staff is outstanding, especially Kristin. They are responsive to inquiries. Mr. Welt and his team prepare you for any appearances at a hearing and walk you through the process. No surprises. At the time of the hearing, Mr. Welt arrived early and took the time to talk with me. He was very confident and reassuring. My case was ruled 'Fully Favorable' by an Administrative Law Judge. I cannot thank Mr. Welt enough. His experience with SSA claims, appeals and hearings was truly beneficial.

When you sit and complete an application, which, took me personally 45 mins to complete, only to be seen for literally 3mins, is the worst treatment to a person ever. Non sympathetic, you speak to a phone, not a human upon entry. It was just bad.
I’m sorry I planned my day to come and of course, I won’t be back... and of course, they weren’t able to help me as I wasn’t offered much if anything. I do not recommend.
The End.

This man and his staff members are extremely rude, period. No advice, the way they treat you, I would never refer anyone to this piece of **** attorney. Definitely finding someone else.
I told him I was working part time and he automatically told me that i can't file for social security because I work. Well, that is not true. You can work a minimum of hours, and that is what social security has told me themselves. They look at the hours you work.I told him what Social Security has said to me, and he straight up told me: "Why don't you find someone else than?". Very rude, no help at all!!! Thanks for your crappy service!

Very Rude experience Gerald Welt was very unprofessional. He called me into his office and refused to introduce himself. He was arrogant, condescending, and overall unpleasant. I wouldn't refer anybody to visit this office‼️

This is a no nonsense lawyer. He is to the point, no "warm and fuzzies", but will not waste one's time. It's all about the facts, following his instructions and getting things done properly and quickly. We used him for SSDI and extremely pleased with the outcome!

Mr. Welt is a very very good Attorney. I had three denials with Social Security. Today was my hearing and judge Bennett ruled in my favor.

1- introduce yourself
2- try to smile
3- exchange some kind of pleasantry
4- try not to come off as a total douche bag
