No stars would be preferable if I could rate zero stars. My lawyer sucks and won’t listen to me. He actually said that it would be fruitless to contact the eyewitness for his information and statements because “they usually change their story and are unreliable “! I’m 100 percent convinced that I’m in the twilight zone with this dude! In 14 months I only had 2 conversations and 1 email. I was not told what to expect as I’ve never been involved in a lawsuit and still have not been informed of how it will Usually proceed . I don’t know what the deal is but I’m sure it has to do with the fact that he’s not a day over 25! I’m unbelievably exhausted and angry. I’m confused and so over it. He sucks.

If you want an attorney that is really hard to reach then you've come to the right place. When I would ask questions concerning the case I would get the general response that he doesn't have the file in front of him at the moment, and don't let me get started on never being updated. Going through this process with them was like having a blind fold on. After two years of them working on the case I got a letter in the mail that council was withdrawing. This felt a lot like abandonment, but they explained that it was not economical for them to continue with us; since we would need a medical expert and guest witnesses on our behalf. I guess they only like the clean cut cases, so it must be a numbers game for them? If you like being treated like a number then hire them. However, if your case is even remotely difficult then I recommend you go somewhere else. My biggest complaint is we wasted two years of our life waiting for them to get things handled. If your reading this then good luck.

Ladah’s office took almost 2 years to go through mediation only ....and at the end they lost my case. Thanks God I have good car and health insurance, either way I was gonna be screwed big time.
