Hello, I wanted everyone to know about how Paul Law Firm, took very good care of me and my needs after my hit and run accident.
After you know the boring part of signing paperwork and all, Paul law firm called me and had set up all my information with the chiropractor so I could start the healing process. The Associates called and checked up on me at least twice a week, always so kind very well-mannered. At the end of the closing of my case they took very good care of me. They negotiated very good on my behalf and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Worst law firm ever. I had an accident almost 3 years ago and I still havent had anything resolved. EVERYTIME I contact them they are ALWAYS on lunch. They say they will get back to you but NEVER do. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and use ANY OTHER law firm but this one.

My case went faster then expected and very friendly staff

Very professional and kept in contact.

Overall it was handled pretty well during the first 13 months. But the last 7 months were just dead time held up by a document that I feel could have been retrieved much sooner than it was. This caused me extreme financial problems which should never have occurred because I was told that the other side had signed off on the amount in the 13 month of the case. I thank Paul for what I did receive but as I told one of his staff I honestly think it should have been more.

Everyone here was SUPER friendly and very kind, caring and compassionate! They are REALLY there for you and whatever you need! I would DEFINITELY recommend them. This law firm REALLY takes pride in giving back to the communities they serve in! They really care and are always paying it forward! Thank you Paul and staff for everything, my family is truly grateful!!

I want to make something very clear, during the beginning of the process Paul Powell office was very quick to respond. As the process extended I wasn’t able to get answers regarding how long will it take for them to get the final cost of the write off regarding the funds I was due. It took them 14 months to let me know something. I feel I was ripped off because the amount they took from me was 1 penny shy of the amount I was given. I was confused and just wanted to get it over with. So we basically had an equal amount of money after it was over with. To say I was happy with the verdict I would be lying.
If they would of called me back when I called them I would of been ok.

This was my first time ever having to use a lawyer for an injury case. I'm glad that I chose The Powell Law Firm. They were professional and courteous, helped me get the medical care that I needed right away and a settlement within a decent amount of time and for a decent amount. If I had one critique, it would be more communication between the people working on your case and the person needing the help. There were a few times I had to reach out to see what was happening when I felt they should have been keeping more up to date, but otherwise I would certainly use them again. I pray I never have to!!!
