In 2017 my daughter was involved in a terrible car accident as a pedestrian. I had no idea how the whole process worked. We looked up the highest rating lawyer on Yelp and found Naqvi Injury Law Firm. We were nervous about everything as we had no idea what to expect but I called and made arrangements to meet with a lawyer for a free consultation. The customer service, even by just setting up the appointment, was great. The receptionist was very helpful, pleasant and comforting. When we arrived my first impression of the office was simply just, wow! You can see that there was time and effort put into their interior design and it just made me feel like ok, if they're paying this much attention to detail in the building what more their clients. The ladies at front desk are so inviting and you feel just simply welcomed. And in just those simple instances I really just felt a lot more at ease.

We initially met with a lawyer Paul and I think her name was Marissa? who was our case manager. They explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and we left there feeling like we made the right decision by choosing this firm. Marissa contacted me over the course of a few months and we worked on gathering information. She even helped us find some doctors for my daughter to visit. She was great. A few months later I received a call from Karizma who was now our case manager and Blake was now our lawyer. I'm not really sure what happened with that change but it didn't bother me too much. Karizma was so helpful. She made things so easy for us to understand, always explained the processes and what to expect. It was nice to be able to text or email her when I had questions. Phone calls are also always returned in a timely fashion. I always felt like like I was in the loop with all of the details. Blake was great. He made us feel at ease and that he and the team were doing all they could to get the best results for my daughter. It was so nice of them to send my daughter flowers, birthday cards and texts. It's all in the little details. In the end we were pleased with the outcome and are truly grateful for all of the hard work they put into my daughters case.

I was involved in an Accident. I reached out to Naqvi Injury. Long story short; after 2.5 years they have me meet them at the office for the defendants lawyer. Right before I go into the office to speak with him, my lawyer from Naqvi injury tells me that depending on how the talk goes. They may be dropping my case and leaving me with the Drama and Liens that they insisted I would need to build a case. Even though I told them that I don't believe in traditional Medicine or Chiropractic therapy. Lo and behold, I walk out of that room victorious and 2 days later I get a check... A check for $2,300, while 12,700 went to the leans "necessary" to make a case. And the remaining $15,000 goes to Naqvi Injury Firm.

In other words; if you want a company that will try to maximize their profit for themselves and their friends at the cost of your agony, all while potentially cutting you lose at the slightest sign of losing a case, this is the company for you.

Being my first time ever in my life have i used a law firm, i couldnt have picked the best firm to be my first than naqvi injury. The process was clean, i felt attended too, and everyone was super nice and patient with me. It was like being attended with family. I was even sent birthday cards and holiday cards as the time went. It was just a pleasure choosing naqvi. Highly recommend and cant help appreciate the work and effort they all put towards me and my case.

At first they seem awesome however, unfortunately, if your case requires a lien they tend to go in another direction, this group seems to want to take on cases that require the least amount of work, liability, and out of pocket expense; so if your case requires them to pay for your medical expenses seek alt options and don't waste your time!

They'll try to convince you to use your own private insurance and have you pay out of pocket for everything whether your the victim of the incident or not!

Buyer Beware they want your business but only if they can win the case with no options of them paying for anything upfront themselves. If they are forced to open a lien and pay for your surgeries or medicine they'll ask you to find a new attorney.

I spoke with one of their attorney's 5 times total within 30 days and during every convo. he brought up the lien and how expensive my neurologist visits, medication, and additional chiro. & specialist visits were.

Ijs they avoid helping people who have real injuries and they come up with any reason they can to avoid paying for out of pocket expenses or they'll drag their feet when it comes to approving the lien for the medical visits and medications.

I don't know about you but when I'm dealing with pain, injuries, and/or a MVA's I don't want my attorney cutting corners and avoiding paying for medical liens because he's worried about the cost of the claims, specialist visits, and medical expenses for myself, the victim & injured party.

They have great marketing and a nice shiny appeal but when it comes down to execution, they leave a foul taste in your mouth. I'd suggest finding a more established law firm to represent your matter, because it appears that they don't truly have the funds they need to support your case, especially if it's a serious injury, they'll be good for the small bumper to bumper cases but if it's a multi-million dollar ordeal or truly a serious matter, go with someone more credible because they don't have the funds to support your medical expenses, case, or lien.

Took the pain out of the paperwork and let me focus on recovering.

I definitely would recommend Naqvi Injury Law. I won't say everything has been 100% smooth sailing, but what case is? I am very glad I chose them. When I had any comcerns, they were taken seriously and handled immediately. I hope to never find myself having to be a repeat customer, but I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Going through a case right now, where it was the fault of the other driver. I must be the only one going through the bad side of this office. It just feels like we had to do our own gathering of information. We were called by billing companies threatening with collections if we did not pay. We told them it was with the lawyer now in a case lawsuit. The lawyer never contacted the medical companies.
We call for an update on this matter and just to see how the case is going, if we need to provide more information. We get a call three days later. Every time that we have tried calling we get sent to voicemail. It might just be the wife and I having a bad case. Just no updates and calls from collections, with what seems like no help from lawyers at Naqvi Injury Law.
