They will claim that a quote is a contract that your payment due date is every 30 days from that quote date but will not bill you an invoice ever or give any write agreements stating that the payments are due on the said date. I wish I could give 0 star. The entire family dept. is lazy and they don’t care about anything other than money. Kenneth was my lawyer for a child custody case but he failed to return calls and emails, appear or notify me he wasn’t coming to hearings, etc. yet they had no problem contacting for their payments. One big issues with Kenneth was that he arrived to my hearing as they were calling my case AND he didn’t seem to have any knowledge of my case. His assistant Debbie is just as bad.

The initial consultation went great. The receptionist was friendly as well. My issue is only with Mr. Kenneth M Robbins. Now, maybe I caught him at a bad time because he had just came from court, I'm not sure. But he gave off a very unfriendly vibe. Mind you I had a family member pay the full $2095, on the same day I saw him. He was very dismissive. I know my case is very complex but if you already have a losing attitude then we'd lose. I want someone that will fight as hard as I would for my daughter. I'm not taking that chance when it comes to my daughter. Paid and got a full refund the same day. But I've read some good reviews as well. Not saying he's a bad lawyer but maybe something else had went on prior but I got her money back.

What a complete waste of time and money! They tell you they'll negotiate your ticket for you but that was a lie. All they did was pay the warrant and I still got the full bill for the ticket. I explicitly asked if I should just pay the ticket in full or if there was something they could do to help reduce the total cost and the representative told me they would negotiate the ticket. When I called the courthouse to find out exactly what happened when I saw the ticket wasn't reduced at all, the clerk explained they just took my money and paid for the warrant, nothing else. I could have resolved the issue myself had I not paid these jokers. I personally feel ripped off, lied to and taken advantage of, it's quite disappointing.
