I was seeking paralegal services to help me with preparing some small claims documents and although this business had A LOT of negative reviews on Yelp, I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt. I signed a contract with this company on 6/18/19 where I paid $400.00 for the preparation of small claims documents and additional $50.00 for having the filed small claims forms to be served, there totaling $450.00. We were told by the owner's niece, that she did not know what the court filing fee was so she would come to our office and collect payment on 6/19/19, that never happened. I have not heard from the owner as to if the job was even completed and I have records of all the calls and emails that were sent--- on 7/1/19 I emailed and told the office that I wish to cancel the contract and request a refund of $450.00 since absolutely no work was done. It's 7/2/19, tomorrow will be 2 weeks and they still never called. I am completely dissatisfied!! So unprofessional!!

The starting of the old little ignored I went in on a Wednesday met with somebody discussed me case and decided to hire them when in on Friday to go over everything and I had another meeting at 11 so I had to schedule for tomorrow I never received a phone call for an appointment for the Friday and I still can't seem to get ahold of anyone I am very upset with the lack of communication This is a caves on a child in a dangerous situation and I need to get these court papers filed as soon as possible and I am starting to feel that I have picked the wrong place to help me

Called to gather info for a Client who was in need of services. She deemed my call as a solicitation. I explained that I wanted to send a referral. Before my explanation... She chuckled and said that "This is a solicitation, I am with a client and have I have one client waiting." Then she hung up. I would suggest a receptionist that takes messages.

Good people to work with, they are very knowledgeable and energetic they know the steps to take and give you the information you need without the BS very straight forward. i worked with Sandra and Alex My second time coming back and every time I left feeling better then when I walked in. Both are really down to earth. I'm glad I came here

Very unprofessional people working there, once they took my money they disappeared on me never returning my calls .What they said would take 2 months almost took a year and still didn't finish because had to myself. Don't waist your time doing business with them.

i recommend a legal Place for, they are understanding without judging anybody's situation that they are in... They work around the clock to help you in any way possible. The lady is very rude. She doesn't keep scheduled appointments. They have all the documents filed in the county court late, Ive had to personally got pay for certain papers from the court because these ppl had no clue the other party filed them, then the lady had nerve to ask me to bring her the response so she can make a copy, after we paid $700 or more cash. This place is totally unprofessional and absolutely waste of money and time.... THUMBS DOWN!! -
