Overall this is a Law Firm did its job. I was verry happy and satisfied with the overall result. I saw Jeremy the lawyer in charge of my case 1 time on the initial consultation. After that I never spoke to him or saw him again. I understand he is busy with other cases but I wish he was more involved. After that I saw Juanita. Juanita was outstanding. She answered every question I had and when she wasnt able to pick up the phone I always got a call back. Then when my interview came up with the immigration officer I got another person. But at the end the job was done like they promised. Overall verry satisfied.

Solo detienen nuestro proceso por su falta de conocimiento. No dudo q tengan muchos casos q atender pero si ya no tienen tiempo ni personal capacitado para cubrir mas, ya no tomen nuevos casos! Aunq eso signifique menos dinero en sus bolsillos! Una asistente nos perdio un documento oficial y tuvimos q conseguir otro. Cuando llevas documentos a la oficina de Merced para q les saquen copia no saben ni cuales copiar! No tienen nada de organizacion ni profesionalismo, parece q no comprenden que la union de una familia depende mucho de los errores q ellos estan cometiendo, lo unico q les importa hasta ahorita es recivir su pago a tiempo y en eso nunca hemos fallado porq el bill llega por correo sin falta mes a mes! Terrible Service. Please find better law firm. Payed a whole case and they just sat on the money. They are very slow processing documents. To get a simple response from the attorney takes up to 2-3 weeks. The costumer service people are so rude. They are not helpful. I had to close the case with them because they didn't do anything and refuse to refund the money.

Save your self the trouble be warned. I pre paid 100 for a Saturday appointment which they scheduled incorrectly. When I called back Monday they were clueless to whine had scheduled it and with who. They made another appointment which they wanted to reschedule when i called i stated mt name moments later she apparently didnt care or pay attention because she called me omar. once fed up with them I cancelled, when I did they said it was a nonrefundable 100 which they never mentioned when I made the appointment. Lack much professionalism just a disrespect so keep searching.

I was recommended to this lawfirm by my parents who fixed their status through them. But I had a bad experience my self. Things didn't go exactly like I was told in the consultation they would go. Clason, one of the attorneys told me everything they could and would do for my case. Once I opened the contract the attorney said that he hadn't said certain things during the initial consultation so that resulted in me paying more money to have things done. I was so frustrated that I wanted to cancel the contract but I couldn't afford wasting anymore time so I finished the process with them. It's one thing they tell you in the consultation and another they actually do once you open a contract with them.
