Horrible experience with this company is very unprofessional. I paid close to $1000, now no one will speak with me or discuss my case.

They helped us with our divorce when our paperwork continued to be rejected as we tried to do it on our own. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Very professional. They're highly recommended.

Since I left this establishment I’ve been thinking how I could possibly put my thoughts into words that could even come close to how I’m feeling. Filing paperwork on your own can make you feel hopeless. I was struggling with a certain process and no matter how many times I read this document I could not get it. It’s almost as if I had a mental road block. I called and the lady who picked up the phone was lovely. She calmly spoke to me and made me feel like she honestly cared for me. When I arrived she had me talk with Michelle. Here is where the tricky part comes in- there are absolutely no words I could ever come up with to express my gratitude towards her. She saved my sanity and completely guided me through the entire process. She moved like magic. She helped me realize this isn’t the end of the world. Michelle not only saved me an incredible amount of money, but she saved me from my own self. I am so happy I am that I found Michelle. I believe there are no such things as coincidences. Thank you so much.

Pros- great staff and ready to help you with the correct documents. Very helpful and answers all of your questions. Easier to deal with a company than the courts.

Cons- super expensive, but that's the reality of getting help.

I attempted to contact them several times with no response

After filing my initial paperwork with the Courthouse I was getting frustrated with the lack of progress with the divorce court here in Sacramento, California. So I made an appointment with Help U File. Their staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Their professional staff looked over me paperwork, develop a plan for my case and was able to prepare and complete the rest of my paperwork the courts needed. It was a very fast and easy processes and now my divorce is final. I highly recommend this company for anyone trying to do a divorce. I realize every divorce case is different, but if you find yourself frustrated like me with the whole process. Then do yourself a favor and just make an appointment with this great company and save the pain and headaches .... plus your valuable time. My only regret was not going to them earlier.
