HORRIBLE customer service Horribel experience just outright. This rude old white lady thinks she can talk to anyone this way. First thing as soon. As we got back In the office I was setting up and appointment on my phone she told me “Get off your phone, you should have been off your phone when you came in here” I explained I wasn’t on my phone it was just the backlight after you lock the device. She then began to show signs of frustration, and being standoffish and asked “What am I here for” as I began to explain I was here for a FALSE Proof she jumped back saying “well that doesn’t matter” I started referring back to the document when she then told me I could have a full refund and told me I needed to leave. This lady didn’t take the time or patience and had a attitude the minute a BLACK man walked through the door. Would not recommend in a horrible area and she doesn’t look like she’s practiced law since the Regan era.

I've been to this office on two occasions and I must say this is a very affordable , friendly pleasant office not only are they very friendly and efficient but it smells great I would recommend this very well established to all that are in need of legal help .

I have worked with the staff here for several years filing for Separation, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and they have been very helpful and attentive to my needs. Their rates are very reasonable and the staff was sensitive and understanding during the tough times and very supportive. My Paralegal was very knowledgeable and on point with every form that needed to be taken care of in the court system. I highly recommend A Affordable.

Took care of my case

This was a waste of time and money. I went for a restraining order and full custody. I was told that there was no way the courts would deny my cases due to my evidence. I paid 400 dollars just to have the temporarys denied. I had problems with the office from the start. I practically had to help them service the other party. I told her I was worried be a use he hadn't been served yet and court was coming up in a couple of days. She told me, it would get done not to worry, we still had the whole weekend as well. I went to court just to have the judge tell me, by law he has to be served at least 5 days before the court date. How does a paralegal not know this if they've been doing this for a long time? I wish I would've done things differently and looked into other places first. I was taken advantage of during my time of fear. I would not advise anyone to go here. They are in no way compassionate or honest. They only care about getting paid.

I went to this company for help filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The office staff was unpleasant. I set up an appointment for a free consultation and when I showed up a few minutes early, they acted like I was a nuisance. The paralegal was running behind and I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. The paralegal's office was a complete mess, with papers stacked up all over the place. She was trying to work on other paperwork while talking to me. I explained to her that I wanted to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and she asked a few question about the type of property that I had and then handed me a stack of papers to fill out. She didn't explain any of it. She then asked how much of the $125 filing fee I would be paying up front. I paid the whole thing and her whole personality changed. She went from being rude and standoffish to pleasant and helpful. Only then did she explain the paperwork. It turned out to be a waste of money. I had a hard time finding the full account numbers for some of my accounts so I went a few days past the 90 day mark for returning the paperwork. I kept in contact with them the entire time about my difficulties. When I tried to submit my papers, 3 days after my deadline, they were very rude and said that my payment had already expired and I needed to pay the full thing again.
At the time, there were hardly any paralegals doing BK paperwork because the process had just changed. I wish that I'd just waited for a different company. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company.
