Great place that is doing great things for the community.

Hyper-bureaucratized pile of callous, endless, frustrating waiting on phone and in-person, and totally u derbudgeted into dismissive uselessness. This PLACE SUCKS, BADLY.

The assistance I received from here was beyond 5 stars. From the receptionist to the attorney that assisted me, service was excellent! ME and my problem MATTERED!

But services 14mis to get service 4 caffee n 9 minis to take my order n there were not busy it all I count like 9 workers just passing by walking oround in till I call same 1

Angelica Perez of the Van Nuys Office is one of the most dedicated para legals I’ve ever heard of .
She’s been knowledgeable supportive and effective with help including referrals to accompany me to court and valuable needed advice for services , referrals , paperwork , filing and staying right there to oversee until the journey completes
I was feeling scared intimidated overwhelmed and put upon before walking into her office ,
I walked out knowing I finally had a direction a plan to solve my dilema , I had help and a office that cared about doing their job right .
