They lie about your case to get you to settle and the work with the other side agaist you. Find another WC Attorney if you need one

Can't get them to return any phone call. Been trying since July of 2018 to get some answers to a settlement claim and they won't return any phone calls. I have wrote letters to try and get some answers and their response is nothing I am asking about. They diffently don't work for the clients.

Never return calls or faxes. My experience with this Law Firm it's not good not working for the clients that's for sure.

No customer service at all. Will not return calls regarding a settlement offer.ive called, walked in, left messages to no avail. I'm very disappointed.

Horrible customer service

One of the worse mistakes I've ever made! One would think, since they have a ton of negative reviews on multiple sites, (that I wish I would have seen before I utilize their services,) they would've improved their behavior towards their. But no way! I have never in my life experienced law firm or even an attorney who is as bad as Central Valley Workers Comp law firm Communication is non-existent! They do not care about their clients, they will not return phone calls, they do not like answering questions, they give you attitude when you come to the office, and all I get from the attorney who is representing me when I do have a opportunity to talk to her which is far and in-between, is I don't know.
