Phillip Gillett was a great attorney for our first 4 1/2 year case but then he dropped the ball totally forgot about us.....his staff member Lorraine is extremely rude, With no customer service skills what so ever. She's very confritational and no kind of bedside manner. She needs to retire quickly. We had so many threatening calls about to lose everything we had due to Phillip not taking the responsibility and fulfilling his duties of an attorney. I would not recommend this attorney. Then to find he still wanted us to pay him for duties he did not fulfill.

This "Alex Danov" is no client of mine. He is just an internet troll posting untruthful and inaccurate information. I provide high quality legal representation. I do not have a big advertising budget. Most of my business comes from referrals from past clients and other attorneys. Call any experienced bankruptcy attorney and ask them if I know what I am doing and if they refer bankruptcy cases to me. Their answers will speak more than some anonymous post about some unexplained delay. If there was a delay, I could tell them a specific reason for it. My general policy is if you get all documents and money into us by the 15th of the month, we will have your case filed by the end of the month. Sometimes, it is strategically better or required to wait to file. Better to wait and have the case go smoothly than to rush a poorly filed case.

I do not understand all the negative comments Mr. P. Gillet has received. I have been a client of Mr. Gillet, since 2011, each time I have called the office, the staff has been polite and knowledgeable about my case, the few times I have gone to the office all paperwork has been completed on time. I am an individual who has everything organized and have presented paperwork when required.

Don't use them they lie. They say one thing and then don't do it. It took them more than the time they said it would take all together just to get the paperwork ready.
