I met John Demas under very difficult circumstances when my son was in the hospital after being hit at 50 miles an hour by an SUV! If I could give Demas Law Group 10 stars, I would. A wonderfully knowledgable and helpful attorney, Tim, spoke with me at length about how to go about negotiating with an insurance agent. The consultation was all free. With what I've learned, not only was I being dragged around unfairly by the adjuster, but my own medical treatment was not really pursued aggressively as it could have been. In the future, I would consult Demas Law Group immediately after an accident — I got the sense my treatment after this cycling accident where the driver was 100% liable would have been much better with an attorney guiding me through the process. They see hundreds if not thousands of cycling accident cases and have more data to make informed decisions than a victim of an accident would. I would hire them in a heart beat if something happened like this in the future.

After being injured in an accident, it can be very overwhelming. Between the pages medical bills in the mail and constant calls from the insurance company, it is difficult to determine who really has your best interest at heart.
