We have expectations when we choose an attorney to represent us. But when those expectations are not met and you have given that attorney a sizable retainer, and then have trouble reaching him/her by email, text, phone and it seems like you might be dealing with a wall and not an actual person I say tell your friends and neighbors. Because nobody wants to feel like they're being neglected. That they're day in court is no big deal, your questions and concerns are not worth the time of day to warrant a response. Ain't nobody got time for this.

Jim has a lot of clients because his fees are so reasonable and because he is so good in court. He's not the best at phone calls and paperwork, but if you are going before a judge or if you have a trial, this is the guy that you NEED. Be patient, you are not the only person using his services. When you are a great attorney you are in high demand.

Poor service. This attorney did not follow through. I learned later on my case. He never showed up to fight for my case. HE TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. DO NOT WASTE your money to this incompetent James Miller. HIS SECRETARY IS AS BAD AS HIM TOO. Do not trust these two fools.

He did not do what he said he was going to do before the payment was made. He did not even try to take my case into trial so I could provide evidence and witnesses. Paid him at a large fixed rate and when he got my money in hand, he basically ignored me and when I tried to get back in touch with him about an issue, he did not reply back.

He was very understanding and helped me ease my Mind. He was very informative. If you need a family lawyer James Miller is it! Do not go anywhere else you'll be beyond satisfied. Income was an issue for me, and Mr Miller worked with me. He's never left me in the dark. I was aware of every single step he took. He was firm in each court hearing assuring Nooo ONE would verbally attack me. He has a beautiful personality, and such an amazing heart.
