Christie Mitchell is worth every penny. Her confidence and knowledge of the law is very impressive..Very calm and professional this is one lady that knows what she is doing..she is very focused on details...

Stay away if she doesn’t see $$$$ from your case she will do the minimal for you & leave you hanging. She is unorganized that on my negotations she sent a friend to cover for her so she could go to a trial in auburn. Big $$ case in auburn. Yet I was going into court too! She overbooks herself. She never focused on any of my issues. I actually tried to pay the rest of my bill but she refused it, 4 years ago. Now she wants to get paid. LOL

Christy helped me with my divorce and other matters. I found her pricing to be quite fair. She is a tiger and won't let you down.
I have recommended her to friends and they are all pleased with the results.

SUSPENDED Attorney. Do your homework before contacting her. Check the State Bar website and read her record. If you want to lose your case and overpay then go with her. She's not respected with the system and will mismanage your case.

If you have had issues with her, you can contact the bar and report it. Lawyers are supposed to act civilly and ethically...she does not. Don't waste your money!!!

Good lawyer I'd you are a lady trying to divorce. She is doing a good job in helping my friend with her divorce.

Do not use this sorry EXCUSE of an attorney. She will not do her job !!! She failed to type up formal order on last court appearance in 2011 that set Spousal support to ZERO which left my Husband open to be sued for back spousal support from 2011 to 2017 . She charged us to represent us again . then blamed the judge, her previous employee for not doing their job when in fact it was all her . She has done this before in previous case and was in trouble with the California State Bar association against . She lost my Husband's original file from her office so she didn't know what she was doing. DCSS garnished my Husband's wages for a year and half for something he never owed . We are out thousands of dollars and Christy Mitchell could care less even after we found proof spousal support wasn't owed she refused to accept it because that was proof of her lousy work.

Christie Mitchell was referred to us by a very close friend after we had struggled with a few attorneys in the past. Our situation has been ongoing for over 15 years and we are well versed in the tumultuous family court system. We met with Christie back in 2013 to review our current situation and discuss the past details of our case. She reviewed the case information carefully, asked the right questions, and provided clear and concise recommendations. She provided us her opinion on how likely certain outcomes would be, no sugar coating, no fluff. If she didn't believe the case direction had a good chance of prevail, she explained why and steered us in another direction. In our case, the opposing lawyer wrote pages upon pages of fluffy opinion that in the end meant very little in the courtroom (and actually cost the other party quite a bit), while Christie wrote crisp statements with the facts that drove home the point.
