"DUI to wet and reckless." Getting ready for a night out I met up with some friends. They had some mini bottles of vodka with them to star the night off. After some drinks I drop them home. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that Josh answered the phone the day I called the office. I currently live in North Carolina and just graduated from nursing school. The North Carolina Board of Nursing required that I submit all documents of past arrest even if the charges were dismissed in order to grant me the privilege to practice as a Registered Nurse. I was pulled over on my way home from a night of dancing with my friends. I felt fine and was too busy chatting with my friend instead of paying attention to my driving. I went to get over in the next lane while using my blinker and the car behind me was coming up fast. Not knowing it was a CHP, I saw the red light and proceeded to pull over thinking it was an ambulance. Three other cars were pulled over at the same time.
