A very patient and professional consultation

I retained the services of Josh Miller of Miller and Associates to assist me with my divorce in April of 2018. During our initial consult, Mr. Miller made a point (several times in fact) to forewarn me of the exuberant amount of costs and time involved in litigating my divorce, and encouraged me to give the mediation process a try as it would save me a bundle of money in legal fees, and has proven to be a much faster course of action to resolve the settlement issues in many cases. Josh was great about laying out the various scenarios and options that could play out during the process so that I walked away with a clear picture of what to expect. I find this to be extremely rare in an attorney!! Not only did he continuously try to encourage me to take the least costly and time consuming rout (not the biggest money maker for him) to get things resolved, but he had a remarkable way of keeping me calm during some very tumultuous situations, and always provided sound, solid advise.
