In 2014 I was hit by a car while commuting on my bicycle to work. The collision, for which the driver ultimately accepted liability, resulted in a serious back injury that left me disabled for over a year. I turned to Mark Flores for guidance and quickly realized he was there to help. Out of work and in pain, I relied on Mark to advocate for my best interests and to manage all of the legal matters in my case. This made it possible for me to focus on preparing for surgery and getting well. Over the course of the year, Mark was able to help me in suggesting helpful alternatives to help pay for mandatory expenses such as; co-pays and medical bills and living expenses as I was unable to provide them myself while out of work.

I was seriously injured by a negligent driver as a pedestrian through no fault of my own, I experienced a long and painful recovery process and a complex and extended settlement process, Mark did everything he could to make these processes easier.
