Ignored my complaint

Amanda and Carrie were a huge help for me. They were also very reliable and responsive when I needed my questions answered. Amanda helped me get ready for my depositions so I wasn’t too nervous after that. I recommend them to anyone I meet because they were extremely more professional than any other attorney I talked to. I was advised to contact someone from this office and the man I spoke with had no idea what he was talking about. He was completely rude and hung up on me and when I called back he hung up again. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Disrespectful and rude.
