Rick is very professional and diverse. I have a nightmare of a case, but he didn't run the other way. He's welcoming and his staff is friendly. I can tell he's used to dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds. I never felt uncomfortable and I feel secure that he's busy, why would a great lawyer have alot of time? But he does get back to you and ensures you understand. And as desperate as I may be over my ugly case, his knowledge, honesty about your case and demeanor is very calming and lets you know he's in control.
