Do not recommend to anyone, his communication is poor, does not meet up with you before trial, does not talk to you before court, shows up to court at the time it starts so you have no time to talk to him and get on the same page. Very poor, much better chances elsewhere. Please don't put faith in this man he just wants to make sure He's paid.

Top notch and the utmost professionalism

I hired Mr Kicklighter in spring of 2017 for a drawn out, contested divorce. Mr Kicklighter is a very efficient and no-nonsense lawyer who immediately took action to assist me. In early August (2017), I was divorced, with minimal inconvenience. He met with the ex three times to ensure all aspects of the decree were covered, and I was through with court shortly after lunch the day of. I will use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney!

Worst lawyer, didn't fight for me. Just took my money and gave the other attorney whatever they asked for. Surprised he even showed up to court. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to lose
