They truly do care about their clients. I had a bad taste in my mouth about the time it was taking to close on my house. There was a bit of miscommunication and I found out it was the "West Coast lender". I'm used to good Southern hand shakes and doing what is promised. Finklea Law Firm did all humanly possible to make this happen.

These people are great.They took care of some very important situations for me that I could have never taken any where else and I can not think of any group of people that could compare.They will go out of their way to take care of you and your family.

I give five stars it is a great law firm but I don't understand why they tend to drop clients unfairly

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Me and my fiance were in an auto accident and we put faith into this firm and we were tremendously disappointed. It took several months for them to even be in contact with the corresponding insurance company. We would go months at a time without ANY updates whatsoever! Every time we called the firm we could never get in touch with our lawyer or his paralegal. We received constant attitude and continuously felt like a burden or bother to them until finally we fired Finklea and turned to G. Turner Howard III who retrieved us an amazing settlement within 3 short months consisting of constant updates. I would never recommend this firm for anyone seeking help! I had to give them 1 star in order to leave this review otherwise I wouldn't have given them a star rating! It's that bad!
