We are completely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Furr and his staff. His experience and expertise with medial malpractice was obvious from the start , and he did excellent work in guiding us through the entire process.

I retained Mr. Furr for a complex case for medical malpractice and was very satisfied with his services. He kept his word on everything he said he would do, and was dedicated, honest, and caring. Mr. Furr exceed my expectations as I never went through this process before. He always made sure that I was comfortable and understood each aspect of my case.

The staff wasn't friendly at all but the lawyer was pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to minorities tho, just being honest, they may not take your case because of that, because I'm black and my lawyer passed and he referred me here before he did, but things are a lot different and it's seems I'm starting back at square one now. Now, I'm giving this office one star, because I received a packet in the mail a week ago just because of my honesty of my Google review and he wrote and told me to find another lawyer since I felt his staff was rude, and my case was just trasferred to him because my original lawyer, Mr. Jim Irvin, whom I was very satisfied with is no longer here to defend me unfortunately, and he was the one that recommended this law firm due to their relationship and supposed great reputation and he has been talking to Mr. Furr about my case for some time, but the day I finally got to meet Mr. Furr face to face was the day when things went left and took a turn for the worst and although I stated in my review on Google he was pleasant he didn't even mention in the letter that he apologize for his office staff behavior, he continued to justify it, which backed up my review, so I rest my case. All I did was express my opinion and I got my case dropped.
