We called f&f about a workman comp case in early 2019, just a few months after the accident. We just wanted the employer to pay the medical bill. F&f passed us around from 1 attorney to another. They didn't file any paperwork. They kept telling us that the medical bills won't be sent to collections but they did. When we fed up with the run-around, i left a message for Eddie and Chuck. They never called us back. When we changed attorneys, f&f filed a court document to get paid for doing nothing.

So far my experience with this company has been awful my attorney never communicates anything with me or my wife. We hired a big firm because we thought it would be smooth and simple for us. Instead this is extremely frustrating to have to track our attorney Candice Knox down and hope she replies to us with an update. She never calls us she will receive the call and reply with an email. We have been on our claim over a year and I don’t even know the status that I am in. Every time I call I can not get anyone from managers to attorneys.

In my book they are to busy I am assuming so if you have the choice try another or a smaller firm, preferably one who actually take your business and your choice of choosing them seriously .

I am reporting the lawyer to the Florida Bar Association and I have plans on suing for malpractice. Don't let their commercials fool you. They really DON'T care about you.

El señor Golsen molesto con nosotros porque mi esposa le aclaró que estaba confundiendo nuestro caso con el de otra persona hispana con la cual él se había reunido dos días antes de la llamada y con nosotros se había reunido hacía una semana y media. Llevo 8 meses esperando a que resuelvan mi caso, el de mí esposa e hijos y a pesar de haber cerrado mi caso y el de uno de mis hijos hace una semana aún no he visto ni uno de los cheques. Pero lo más que molesta es la pobre comunicación con los clientes. Para “agilizar” mi caso tuve que buscar por mi cuenta todos los expedientes y facturas lo cual ellos cobran como servicio, servicio qué ni a mi familia ni a este servidor se les ha dado. Pésimos! The case was moving quite slowly because of the procrastination from the Worker's Comp insurance and representatives. Their Amazing efforts and hard work finally got the insurance to finally settle and also was able to get me an advance prior to settling when I advised them that I needed immediate help because I loss my car, apartment etc. I will definitely recommend this law firm to anyone whose situation fits the cases you handle. The doctors they sent me to left me in worse shape than I was before the wreck. They did next to nothing to my pain. They kept telling me to go back to the doctor even tho I'd reach maximum recovery. Running up an 11grand doctor bill which they knocked down to 4. I only saw an actual doctor 2 or 3 times the entire 4 to 6 months I was in "therapy". In the end of the settlement I was left with 15% of the settlement while the doctors and lawyers split the other 75 percent. Ambulance chasers they are all in it together. Scam to say the least. I'm still suffering and require surgery..and the settlement I was awarded isn't even enough to cover that.

I would love to send many accolades out for the great help that I received from Farah &Farah and in particulaly for my team of mister lssac and Brittany ...who worked very devotedly to get a settlement that will assist me to get well after my accidental injury.
