They tried to over charge me by thousands of dollars. So glad I consulted with another lawyer because I paid 3500 compared to 10000! They just want to make as much off of you as they can. Oh not to meantion ward wasnt even going to represent me herself, it would have been an associate. An associate for 10,000. No thank you.

I had heard and read many great things about Ms. Ward, however I am throughly NOT impressed. I arrived to Ms. Ward's office 15 mins before my scheduled family law appointment and waited an hour to see her. During our $300 consultation, which only lasted 30 minutes instead of the paid for hour, she was far less than helpful. After doing some research on my own, I discovered something that she never even brought to my attention. When I tried to reach out to her again with a simple "yes" or "no" question regarding the same topic as my consult, I was told I'd have to pay her to do another consultation. The whole experience was a huge let down, especially after dealing with many different attorneys over my life that my mother has worked for. I found her to be unprofessional and rude. In my opinion, she owes me the additional 30 minutes of my initial consultation. I will not be returning to the Ward Lawfirm for any legal services nor will I recommend her to anyone.
