They took on my husband's case back in October and its February its basically been no good communication unless he reached out to them. I don't feel that the client should have to call to find out what's going on constantly especially since it's been a while since they've had the case. I have dealt with another lawyer in this same situation and every step of the way there was communication without me even having to call. I don't know if they have cases they feel are more important but he should have received some type of communication or update by now. Every client should feel like their case is important when they've been through enough already.
