Would recommend this firm to anyone in need of a responsible prestigious Law firm and due to my experience , Mrs Dean would be someone to reach out as her results will come thru in your favor due to her diligence .
They were patient, kindly, got everything done in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost.
I never had to deal with excuses for lack of progress or hidden costs. They took the time to explain everything that I wanted or needed to know. They are people-oriented and go above and beyond in their efforts. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.
I have worked with him on several matters over the years and he is knowledgeable, compassionate and effective.
As a plus, the law firm is very much a supporter of the second amendment.
Excellent service David!
David has specialties are estate planning law and trust litigation.
The decisions they made in working on my behalf probably saved me $50,000.
I consider their fees to be reasonable and their actions highly professional. I would use them again happily.
David exerted patience and chivalry with someone who should have been working with me but every action was easily read as action against me. David delivered what I asked for and clearly knew his stuff.
I will recommend David and Jennifer to any friends.
I will recommend this organization to other wishing to create a NFA Gun Trust.
A very big THANK YOU to David Goldman and Jennifer Wheat!!!!
I personally think that these reviews are fake when it comes down to this law firm. I have reached out to this law firm 4 times total with no call backs or anything in a family law situation.
I spoke with attorney Charlie Filder about my case and explained to him in details what I was facing and up against. He pulled records and looked into everything as if he could help me. After speaking to him over the phone for 30 minutes for the free consultation, I specifically let him know that I would want him to be my attorney to represent me in my case.
This law firm isn't good in my eyes at all. After I plead my case to Charlie Filder, he said he will look into some things to pull up all of the information he needed and he would call me back. I gave him some time since he would have to pull up old information. 2 weeks go by and I call to check up on the status with my case and to my surprise I spoke with a lady who I believe was a paralegal there that said she couldn't find any information in regards to my case.
I was told that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I waited 72 hours and still no call back. I called again and found out that my so called attorney Charlie Filder was out on vacation and was expected to return within a week. I understand everyone has their personal lives so I said alright, I will wait until next week.
Next week comes along and goes. Still no attorney to represent me so I just gave up on them because they seem to forget about people who they are supposed to represent. If they do that before things are set, I can only imagine how they would represent me in court.
I would encourage anyone considering this law firm to think twice because I am paying the price for them forgetting that I ever existed to them by not returning calls or anything. Find another attorney.
