No attention

I was involved in a rear end collision. Our truck was totaled, I was in need of medical attention. Herrman and herrman provided my husband and I with great support. We received the medical treatment needed and we didn't have to worry about any out of pocket at the time. The case was settled and we were overall HAPPY with the outcome. I would recommend Herrman and herrman to all who are put in a situation when a lawyer is needed. They work very well as a team.

I want everyone to know that I truly appreciate all the long hours that Cary Toland & his assistant Laura Morris put into resolving my case. It wasn't an easy one but Carey just kept pushing it thru. He and Laura also did a good job of calming me down when I got to thinking it was taking to long. In addition, I want to recognize Bonnie and all the girls at the front desk, always professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Cary and the Herman & Herman firm.

I was rear ended by a hit & run drunk driver, on New Years 2017. Totaled my Ford Edge . I was from out of state. I was recommended Herrman & Herrman- I went in to a consultation and left with representation. My case was not an easy one, nor am I easy in a lot of ways,but they ,my team worked around my frustrations! They remained professional & helpful.
The insurance company USSA was not willing to pay the full amount so my case went to litigation. My team Scott Staha, Lisa & Samantha all went above ,& beyond at some point during my case! If it wasnt Samantha , staying after 5 on a friday to re-explain a process or to answer in full detail a question I just had to have the answer to. Then it was Lisa depositing a loan check for me. Into my account at my bank on her own time! Mr. Scott was always available, making sure I understood and made the right choices. I am confident they got the highest amount possible for my case. They gained my trust . Once they earned that they had my respect as well. Still do.

The team of Jonathan, Lewis, Lali and Kim were very helpful throughout my 16 year old son's case. He was rear ended back on May 30th. The whole process took about 5 months. I did have to contact Lewis daily to see if and when my son's check would be available and I drove over there to get it. I do understand that I am not the only client they have. So far not very good.... Had my accident in May of this year... The people I guess I’m working with really don’t care because I guess I’m not a million dollar client... I’ve done everything I was supposed to do... Yet every time I call to inquire about my case it’s the same thing ... they are still gathering paperwork.... since October how long does it take to gather paperwork? And of course they haven’t yet to call me ? I’m the one that always calls... since the accident of course it’s hard trying to play catch up.. but of course they could care less... so i really don’t know what to think? But when I call tomorrow it’s gonna be the same thing... we are still gathering paperwork....

My husband was killed in a motorcycle accident on June 01 2019 I signed the contract with Hermann and hermann I thought he was gonna represent me but when I have my first meeting there comes this men Scott Staha and I didn’t get along with him I talked to him maybe 10 minutes and I told him I didn’t wanted his service and thank you for the legal advice and that I was gonna look for another lawyer that had same interests and wanted justice for my husband for me and specially for my 3 children 15,6 and 4. Well Mr Scott Staha still wants his money(insurance money for his work even though he didn’t do nothing) worst lawyer ever. Know I’m gonna have to fight him in court
