My family lost our moms home in a foreclosure she passed away a year and half ago and we were confused on how this works well we met with Ricci (think that's her name) about 3 weeks ago and yesterday the house was sold. Well in our FACE to FACE meeting 3 weeks ago she was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE & Today I called because we just were asking for a time frame of when my moms home needs to be vacated and all personal belongings removed she was Real snappy and was on speaker phone my ENTIRE family heard how nasty this woman is and was.. SHE NEEDS A LESSON IN SPEAKING WITH THE PUBLIC! First off she LIED to us about a couple of things I will NOT get into in writing but all I can say is SOMEONE SEND HER TO ETIQUETTE CLASSES SHE DEEPLY NEEDS THEM. We just wanted to know how long we have to remove our mothers contents and she was nasty and said "YOU HAVE NEGATIVE DAYS AND NEED TO VACATE NOW" I understand she has a job to do but no need to go about it that way! #LEARNHOWTODEALWITHTHEPUBLIC

In closing please do your homework people find a attorney who treats you like a PERSON & not TRASH! Lawyers in Charlotte,NC. where I reside would never treat people like she does and carry themselves with alot of class.
