After speaking with them regarding my case they said they would get back to me within 3 or 4 business days. Two weeks later I received a call after I called back twice to get an answer. No biggie people are busy. The assistant not the attorney said I had a case but they could not assist me which is disappointing. I felt like my case though valid wasn’t enough money for them to take me on as a client. Maybe they would have preferred I state I could no longer work so they could have chased the bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow who knows. They have great reviews so I felt this would be a strong attorney to represent me. I was told by others that if you are a vet deal with an attorney who only does VA related or medical malpractice cases. The whole thing made me feel like maybe they are ambulance chasers and just want money and only care about you if you can make them more. I do thank Mr. Sink for serving our country but your company has failed local vets in my opinion. Will I still get a Christmas Card this year?

Thanks for coming to my home and wasting my time for nothing. You could have said over the phone that it doesn't look like our office is interested because you're office doesn't get a sizeable paycheck. While understanding nothing is free, the American people need these lawyers help and they just keep right on slapping us in the face due to small paychecks. I'm sure none of there houses are as small as mine and furthermore I bet they want for nothing all to let Americans who need help get screwed by even bigger insurance companies. This is terribly wrong. Thanks George sinks. This probably wasn't the office that directly rejected me but none the less I think they'll get it. Oh and those all 9s. Yeah go with your gut people.

Have a hard time taking seriously any firm that throws the word “deserve” around so frequently, especially if they advertise on the noon and 5 pm news. Ambulance chasers in my book. Why would I call them first and not the insurance company I PAY to handle these kinds of things.

If you want a 5 star rating you should EARN it yourself with business that comes through your door, you know... happy customers. That is some truly unprofessionalism right here! So contrary to your unearned 4.8 I will contribute to your 1 star rating and encourage Florence and surrounding areas to use someone else when deciding to use a law firm. I first heard of George Sink when I saw how he showed up to a little boys birthday party with all the cool party favors. I then began seeing commercials and billboards. I have a friend who now works there and she loves it and I never hear nothing but positive things about everyone who has used them or knows them.

They represented my husband in a worker's comp claim. The attorney we had was a joke. We couldnt figure out if she was working for us or the insurance company. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to anyone!!

I rear ended getting off the highway in April and was referred to this firm by a previous client. I contacted their office and they sent someone out who took pictures of my injuries, asked a few questions, explain the process and ensured me I was in good hands. A paralegal reached out to me and set up my physical therapy. I finished that around July and they reached out again to let me know the next steps for my case. Communication was very scarce with them working hard on not only my case but others as well, which was understandable. We touched base again in December with a finally settlement but still had issues with medical billing final reports. My lawyer notified me about the issue but while they on final amounts I was offered a check upfront while they took care of the rest. Im completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend anyone to use George Sink and his team.
