Went this law firm back in June 2018 due to a car accident, they assigned a lawyer named Samuel Cooper to my case, what happened in the car accident is I hit the left side of my head somewhere inside the car, after the car accident I started noticing that I was losing vision in my left eye, I'd had a DOT physical exam not even 3 months prior to the accident which showed that my eyes were fine before the accident, I have been seeing a retina specialist since the accident and they are given me a shot in my left eye once a month, Doctor states that I'll will have to keep getting these shots once a month for about another 2 years before he can even consider moving me from a shot once a month to a shot every 2 months, the person who was at fault was underinsured but I have underinsured motorists insurance which is supposed to pay what the other insurance doesn't, anyhow I had provided Samuel with what ever he needed to start my case, after a few months of not hearing from Green law firm I called to see how they were doing on the case because I had not heard from them, anyway I'm not going to go into a lot of details, this attorney Samuel over a year later settled the case with the other driver's insurance and then tells me he is going after the underinsured motorists insurance that I have for the them to help medical bills, this lawyer seems to not like having to the leg work to earn his money, for months he's telling me he's waiting on paperwork from my doctor, when I ask the doctor office about the paperwork they told me that they have nothing on file from my lawyer, I've even called Samuel while I was at the doctor's office and gave him a fax phone number so he could fax over what he needed them send to him, he than tells me he's already heard from heard from my doctor, again I don't hear anything back from Samuel until I call him, now he's telling me that he's going to close my case if he doesn't receive the paperwork he needs from my doctor, I called my doctor's office again and they're still telling me that he hasn't sent anything to them, so they gave me n email for him to send the paperwork to them, months of Samuel saying he's not getting information from my doctor, I get this information in one day, anyway he closed my case against the underinsured motorists policy without getting anything from them saying that what my doctor sent to him he can't use, this lawyer and I have not seen eye to eye after the first few months of him being on this case due to the fact that I feel like he didn't have my best interest in mind, I feel that as long as Samuel can sit back behind his desk and collect money he will help settle your case, but if he has to do some leg work he's not going to collect anything for you, my advice is to stay away from the Green law firm and find yourself a lawyer that's going to fight for you, I told Samuel I didn't need his service anymore, that I needed him to get my records together and that I would go find a lawyer who could help me, not one who keeps telling me lies because they aren't doing their job.

Would give Green Law Firm zero stars if I could. Was involved in an accident where an ambulance t-boned my car resulting in significant contusions to the left side of my torso, bruising of liver and kidneys, chronic back pain, and a car with extensive damage to the entire driver's side that included a bent frame and door pillar. Had to purchase new vehicle and GLF took over 7 months to come up with a settlement (sat on attorney's desk from late December to 4th week in February). In addition to the medical costs incurred, I had over $1,200 in lost wages from missed work which was documented in their Lost Wage Verification form I provided them. They notified me on Feb. 19 with an offer of $1,500 which I'm assuming they will take 40% of for their "efforts" leaving $900 for myself. Doesn't even cover doctor's bills and lost wages. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Green Law Firm to anyone requiring fair and competent legal representation.

Worst law firm they bs me this whole settlement the whole case I had to call to find out updates out of a $8600 settlement I only got 3600 and they claimed they was only taking 40 percent then they used the money my insurance company paid me and used it on medical bills I called Friday so I can get more details on my check why it is the amount it is and they haven’t returned my call yet please read this review before going there they are scam artist I’m just trying to save y’all the trouble and stress I went through with them

My experience with Green Law Firm was great! They do a good job at keeping you updated on your case and are good with explaining things that you may not understand. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to friends and family.

Don't trust their ads, they advertise that they settle insurance claims quickly and fairly and are on your "side". My claim took over a year, and I did most o the information gathering myself, actually virtually all of it. At the end of a year, they settled for the same amount the insurance co offered in the first place but they got their percentage so I lost out. So much for calling Green to get the Green. Avoid them like the plague.
