Found the attorney dragging his feet, and lied to us several times on his progress. He seemed to be quick to settle our case and didn't even notify us there was an offer from the insurance co. the PL would ask for vital info and we would provide, then weeks later they would ask for it again, swearing we never sent. yet we had email trails and found people in the office not properly filing documents or they would be on another computer. We asked the PL to draw a consignment with the doctors and we were told this was not possible, then 11 months later the med bills were over whelming we complained of the cost of med bills and PL came back and said they can do a consignment, after we spent $2400 I would not recommend the Jacksonville Fla office. For 5 days we had been emailing and leaving messages. We get a call from the PL they no longer represent us and...Oh by the way there is a offer for $18k. We owe more in med bills. Do not recommend at the highest level.

I was involved with an insurance claim and Mr Kahley was assigned to me. Everything was straight forward and had a great rapport with him. I had direct access communicating with him and was promptly answered and responded in all our correspondence.

Great place to help fight for your VA disability case. Before Morgan & Morgan, I received several denials. They immediately got to work and got me rated. I admire the fight they put up for me and pleased with their ongoing efforts to get my VA rating higher. I also feel secure in how available they are when I want to discuss my case. This process took 4 years! After being told that I could expect my payout "soon", I ended up not getting it until well over a year and a half. Always an excuse why it was taking so long. Told me the amount I could expect to walk away with after the "fees". When I finally got the completed letter indicating that the process was over, holy cow... They took at least 60% of my money. Even the amount I was pretty much guaranteed to walk with per my attorney was $5000 less. All the years of bs and waiting, I got less then expected and told, meanwhile I am sure the attorney is happy with extra cash in his bank account. They claimed all the additional fees were correct. He even told me he didn't think they took 40% and that it would probably be less than that. Really? Itemized statement showed astronomical fees for printing, faxing and stamps. Are you printing on marble tablets. I'm glad the process is over. Save your money... Go somewhere else. Morgan and Morgan, for their pocketbooks!

All I can say about this firm, and in particular, the attorney that handled my case, Austin Brown, is wow! Just wow! He was absolutely caring and explained every step of the way what was happening with my case and I felt absolutely at ease with him handling it for me. He gave me his direct line so that I could call "him" whenever I needed to and he worked evenings and weekends on my case. I've never seen anyone work so hard on something for "me"! I had never been through anything like this before and he was very understanding. I know my case wasn't the only one he was working on, but it felt like it was. I would highly recommend Mr. Brown to anyone who needs his services.

I have been really unhappy from the very start of calling just to find out about the process of appealing my social security disability. When I first talked to the person who did my intake info, I had questions about why certain questions were asked and she had no idea why the firm needed that info. The next few times I called, each person sounded like they were reading from a script when they'd say 'i'm sorry about your issue, i hope it gets resolved' almost like it was robotic. Then 2 weeks later I finally get a call saying they will proceed with my case but I was to read a bunch of paperwork being sent to me and then have to be sent back, basically agreeing to their terms before I'd even get to sit down with someone. For anyone who doesn't really understand this whole process, I think this is just really unsatisfactory. I wonder if this firm is just too big to be able to handle the care and attention a person may need for such a sensitive and important issue.

I have an ongoing case with Morgan & Morgan, but I didn't want to wait till it was resolved to express just how much I appreciate the entire staff of Morgan & Morgan.

Since my father's case is closed I can share the main issue. When a client finds out they have terminal cancer the correct way to respond is with empathy and maybe emotion, NOT by making them feel like their cancer will hurt the case. I don't know who the lady was and I honestly don't care but someone needs to teach people up there that having some compassion goes a very long way!

I'll change my review after a certain case is settled but I will say this, some of these people need to learn empathy because the way one of these ladies handled news about my dad was not okay at all. Once his case is done I'll fully post my opinion and details. Also, maybe try reaching out and actually staying in contact with people you're representing. I'm seeing that it's a common issue based on other reviews as well as witnessing it first hand.

Our case representation went as well as we hoped. It is my opinion that our attorney is the best of the best. He knows the Florida law and obtained the very best outcome. He told us these cases can take up to two years or more and to be patient. It took just under two years and we were completely prepared ahead of time and very happy/satisfied with the outcome. We have had a lot of dealings with them and we would and have Recommended other ppl to them. Sometimes it's a lil hard to get a hole of them but they are very busy so you can understand this. If you need some one who will fight for you and do you right definitely see them .

After my case was settled they held money $200 from me for three months and then took another month of giving me the run around and the way i was treated in that month was horrible i will never in life use them again

My mother was killed by a team of quack doctors. I expected help from this law firm and was sorely disappointed when they pushed my mom's case off onto Lasky Cooper (who did absolutely nothing). Turns out this firm won't handle any cases outside of Atlanta. Thanks for nothing. The slogan of "For the People" should be changed to "for some people as long as there's money for me"

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA OFFICE! While I was impressed with the commercials as many others, the Jacksonville office is not all it is cracked up to be! I filed for a workers comp injury and had to PRACTICALLY do the case myself! It was not until I reached out to the Orlando office did I receive help which should not have had to happen! As for the personal injury, photos were not taken until right before the hearing and the lack of communication and handling of the case caused me to loose the personal injury case. What a disappointment!!!!! I read and write reviews now! If you are considering using any attorney....READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOU!!!!! I have a soft tissue injury “hernia” and the attorney for Morgan and Morgan was not much help I settled for less than $3500; Also, My employers DR. said there was nothing wrong with me and my attorney from Morgan and Morgan was on board with that . I used that money for my hernia surgery. I feel that Morgan and Morgan is just a attorney referral service. Very disappointed.

They get one star from me. Used them for a dog bit case. Gave the firm all the info and they didn’t even go after the owner. Just the city. Months later I emailed for a update and received a responds of “ the denied the claim”. Ask me if we can have a conference call the next few days which I agreed to and to this day not even a call or email from them. Guessing they just wanted a easy out. Why didn’t they go after the owner just the city. Wanted a easy out. I wouldn’t suggest them for any case.
