Two Boys and too many problems. Unfortunately I have retained the services of Jared Mitnick on multiple occasions. My two sons seem to be a magnet for trouble and Jared always represented them well. The outcome was always fair and his team made the process very smooth.

I recommended Jared to a friend and initially things seemed to to run fairly smooth. Towards the end of the process I noticed the paperwork became sloppy and he became more difficult to reach. As a result a reaffirmation agreement was not executed properly and the end result was not acceptable. I was told by the opposing law firm they had a difficult time reaching him and they did not receive the necessary documents. Furthermore conversations he claimed to have had with them came into question. What is the truth? When asked about this his response was " I am sorry you feel this way". This is not about feelings but rather about facts. In my opinion he did not finish what he started and a full explanation came to late.

They gave me a run around on a case. He act like we never discussed the case when we already did.
