How hard is it to get an answer to a question? I've called montrell like 10 times in a week and he cant call me back...that's unprofessional...I'm tempted to take my buisness elsewhere

Called to seek legal information on the situation. Ray was rude and brief. Basically saying they would not take the case because there is no current access to the molded area. Why would a family continue to live in a contaminated area for testing to done as if video and pictures aren't enough.

I'm highly allergic to mold and had black mold in a home I was renting. The landlords, even after I obtained a mold report, decided they didn't want to do anything and I had to move. I wish I would have found the Mold Firm sooner.

Stay away from the Mold Firm! The Mold Firm after they take your case, does not follow up with you about status. Since they took my case, have heard once from the admistrative Assistant Maiya, after sending her emails asking about my case. Never once did I meet the Attorney. The Mold Firm has its assistant Maiya collecting all of your info and sign legal representation contracts, and doing all of the paperwork for them, but never keeps you informed or updates you on status. Requested the documents for the claim supposedly sent on my behalf to the Landlord but was not provided. The answer to the damage claim supposedly receiverd from the Attorney representing the landlord, requested a copy of it but still has not been provided to me after I requested it months ago. Sent another email a week ago asking Maiya for status, but no one has called me or replied to my email. A waste of time, so my advice go somewhere else.

They waste your time and money! They have you do all the leg work and then tell you we can't take your case because you didn't rack up thousands and thousands of dollars.
