S. Mills(lawyer) is weak. Doesnt follow through. Needed help again with the same situation but since hes the only one that serves the area i refused HIM, not legal aid. I am now struggling financially because the case was closed before completed. I was forced to move my family to end our suffering

DFACS screwed up my substantial amount of EBT Jan 01, 2017. Macon Legal Aid had just. Told me the day before to bring everything down n YES I could get help. Mine done the long way n requires a lot of accounting skills. YET, I know they r to help in assembling all if needed. Got THERE early pm next day. Walk n with 4 plastic bins already separated into MAIN categories n WAS TOLD," WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS, WE R SENDING EVERYONE TO ATLANTA LEGAL AID! 6 MONTHS OF TOTALLY WASTED TIME N EFFORT. DIDN'T GET MY EBT BA K UNTIL OCTOBER 17, TOO LATE! My EMERGENCY O LY CREDIT CARD WERE ALL MAXED OUT B4 THEN...N HAVING TO GO TO A FINSCE COMPANY..
..FOR FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE...IT WAS HUMILATING! BUT, SEE BT TIME THEY FINALLY CONSIRED ASSIGNMENT OF AN ATTORNEY EVEN, I WAS. SUNK. NOW MY OWN attorney there has gone corrupt n had asked 4 times for the real date SENDING CLIENTS to ATLANTA WAS..he NEVER would tell me. I was told HAVE BE SENT TO ATLANTA by some young attorney or paralegal standing around just gossiping with nothing to do! Reminded me of a younger version of last Presidental CAMPAIGN...will NEVER EVER FORGET THAT FACE! I BELIEVE FULLY SHE WAS JUST LAZY! HOWEVER, NO ONE THERE NOT THAT. ATTORNEY WILL GIVE UP THAT DATE! THEY MOST LIKELY FIGURED I FORGOT, IT GUSS WHAT? An agency representative WILL N CAN GET THAT DATE OF THEM! Wit n see? I also asked from tbem...as they help abused married women get divorces, right? NO, not.me.. never even. Got a response. This WAS a great place the year before and now it is horrible.THE LADY WHO JUST RETIRED, COULD DO A LOT BETTER JOB THAN THIS CURRENT 2UNCH OF MILLENNIAL PERSONNEL!
ONLY SAID, YES, SHE WAS GREAT, N HAD LOTS OF CONNECTIINS TO DFACS??. DUH? Whenever, I had to leave one job n go on to the next,etc I was told to advise, TRAIN, N show new PERSONNEL the "ropes." YET MACON LEGAL COULD HAVE CARED LESS.

When you call it say you need an extension to connect but don't give a list of extensions to chose from. How is a first time caller to know what extension to use. Don't get the feeling they really want to help anyone, because they make themselves unavailable on purpose.
