Haven't helped me YET ... BAY COUNTY has no legal services for the poor BUT we continue to get OUR SHAR OF GOVERNMENT GRANTS! WHERE ARE THEY GOING?

They charge too much for mustard which I didn't order. I didn't receive total order. Paid for two fish which was uneatable I ordered one. They opened tried to give away part of my order that wasn't in my go bag.

I have requested written help from this place for various legal issues i encountered and still encounter in Panama city for 3 years. After i give written financial information to the clerk at the front desk,I am told they'll contact me by using the postal system in 2 weeks.I always get refused service on the excuse of lack of funding,even though every time i go in the office many people are being given pro bono help and they all seem to be one predominant genre of people, yet i get turned down every time i waste my time in this biased business.Since they took over the Saturday morning clinic i have gotten poor reviews of the clinic by users and it didn't have strong attorneys prior to being taken over by the new owners when i visited it years ago. Skip this poor excuse for pro bono legal advice or help.

This place could definitely use some smiles. It's hard enough for some of us to even try to reach out for aide. Then be made to feel like your problems are an intrusion....

Don't take cases, I have been there for help several times and never got helped. They will send you to a "free" legal clinic at the college on Saturdays, whether you can understand it or not. This place is a joke and needs new staff that want to help clients and not keep sending them somewhere else. I have to try to find an actual lawyer that I can't afford because they won't help.

Apparently they'll only help if you make $14,000 or less per year

I want to thank everybody at legal services of Northwest Florida for helping me to get my daughter they are the best sweetest people most compassionate most understanding loving people and I greatly appreciate everything everything that they have done for me to help me get my baby girl if it wasn't for them I would be lost thank you Miss Judith you're the best person in the world I don't know what I would have done without you thank you from the bottom of my heart and the bottom of my soul for helping me get my baby
