I called the agency over and over for a month and a half for the potential of a malpractice suit. I spoke with the attorney 2 times and the receptionist 4-5 times leaving messages. I am still waiting on a call back.

Mr. Bodiford was handling my Mother in law's estate and I must say I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!! He will not return your calls, he is rude and so is his staff! I cannot believe that he is still licensed. It has been 1 1/2 years since he was appointed to be administrator and we are still "waiting". Her house was sold in June and Mr. Bodiford didn't even show up to the closing so the buyers couldn't get the keys. The next day he still didn't show up so they had to track him down to sign the closing docs! Please save yourself the stress and steer clear of this man!

Mr. Bodiford is rude and never calls back. He didn't prepare for the case. We lost badly. He tries to start fights with opposing party. He is very unprofessional. He's got a bad report with judges and the legal system in Ga. Being who he is and his reputation with judges may cost you a loss. Be aware find you a better lawyer. He's very unethical and so are his paralegals. Had I known !

I felt the need to edit my previous review. It was written during a very emotional time (the culmination of a very complicated divorce) and sometimes our expectations of what a good attorney can do with such a case in the legal system are highly unrealistic. If there was ever a moment that I couldn’t get directly in touch with him or Julie, I always got a return call within 15 minutes. I went into the law office to deliver a piece of paper, just the same exact way that their client delivered to us. Their office is literally next door to ours. Until now, I have never had a reason to go into their office and or a need for them.

I must say, Allen Bodiford was completely unprofessional and within only 20 seconds into the conversation, he was using foul language and became extremely hostile.
