Choosing Richard Schrade for my case was the best decision I could have made. After being wrongly accused and arrested for DUI in Henry County I knew I needed help immediately. As someone who has worked in family law, I probably scrutinize attorneys more than most. When I needed an attorney, which unfortunately happens sometimes, I knew immediately to contact Richard Schrade. Let me be clear: not all attorneys are created equal. He is very well respected but he is not conceited; he will return your calls and emails and his assistants are just as involved as he is. I am a single mother and anyone who doesn't have money falling out of his/her pockets wants someone who will work for every dime that you pay for his/her services(s). That's Richard Schrade. Richard Schrade was highly recommended to our family through several friends and colleagues in our community. After our initial consultation we hired Richard with no hesitation. We appreciated his straight forward aporoach of sound advice and we had no concerns that he sugar coated anything. I had a child support case where I was clearly disabled and unable to pay, even though I had been paying something (thought not full amount) toward my case.
