I went to Duane Thomas for help with my disability case. His son had me have my doctor fill out a form and when I brought it back to him Duane told me that they couldn’t represent me, that there was no way because of my age that I would be given disability. I’m 35 and have a severe case of Multiple Sclerosis. Well, I found an attorney in Daytona and they got me disability!! So thank you Duane Thomas for making me feel like there was no hope, and that just because of my age I didn’t deserve disability. Very disappointing!!

I suffered a severe spinal cord and neck injury. I had multiple surgeries by orthopedic and neurosurgeons. This severe injury cost me my job and 29 year law enforcement career.
