Ms. Cusumano is a life saver! Just like her website stated, she was there for me from start to finish. She never judged me or my circumstances that led to me having to file Chapter 7. She made the process a breeze and I'm sure I would have been lost without her expertise. My husband and I were very nervous, very upset, and very embarrassed about the possibility of having to file bankruptcy. We spoke with two other lawyers in town, and they were NOT a good fit for us...they were rude, rushed the conversation, and could not even remember our name at the end of the fifteen minute consultation. I called Barbara, after having read reviews on Google and Avvo, hoping that she might be a good fit for us....and I was right! It was about 6:00 PM, her assistant had already left for the day, and she answered the phone herself...not only that, but she took the time to talk with me about our situation, not rushing me, but instead...assuring me that we could handle everything quickly and easily through bankruptcy. I went to speak with her in person, a few days later, and at that time...I knew that she was the perfect fit for us. Barbara is so personable, so sweet, and so caring...she gave me a hug of reassurance at the end of the consultation and I walked out feeling so much better than I had for months.

After that, I had to call her or her assistant, Cassie, on several occasions, as well as visit them in person to drop off papers or ask questions. Barbara and Cassie were both very patient, very sweet, and very reassuring....each and every time....the whole procedure was absolutely effortless. We had to do online credit classes, which were easy and informative to do, and all of the information was sent to Barbara's office, which meant that it was effortless, as well. We had one meeting with the trustee, which I was very nervous about...but, had no reason to be at all....as Barbara made that completely effortless, as well. The entire meeting took less than ten minutes, we answered the questions, we left, and the next thing I knew....our discharge papers were in the mail. From start to finish, the entire thing took less than three months and Barbara held our hand every step of the way through it....always there to answer questions and reassure us of what was happening. On top of it all, there was always Cassie, who was always so patient, so helpful, so sweet, and has the most wonderful personality and is always smiling....Barbara and Cassie are absolutely the most wonderful people....so caring...so helpful....and it felt like we mattered to them...like they were really invested in us, our future, and our success in life....Thank you so much, Barbara and Cassie!!!
