THEY LET MY RESPONDENT WALK AWAY FREE.

This district attorney's office is the worst in the nation and is the reason Fulton County has high crime. The DA's office practices the "dead docket" program. A lot of DA's offices practice this but what makes it so bad in Fulton County is they are doing dead dockets with repeat offenders and violent offenders. Just recently the Fulton County DA office under the leadership of Paul L. Howard Jr did a dead docket for an aggravated assault and among other crimes for one individual and then the same individual was charged with murder months later. Paul L.Howard Jr programs are causing more crime and causing bad ideas from other lawyers in the county like reducing fines to register to vote. Fines help counties pay for court, build treasury, and help hospitals, how would reducing them help the county? Registering to vote is not as important as the things I listed because the things i listed help all of us in a tangible way. If law enforcement reads this like Fulton County Sheriff, GBI, or FBI, please do a thorough investigation into this office, something is just not right. Start with finding every dead docket then you be the judge.

Jeremy Morris sentence a sex offender to 5 year probation then the sex offender take have his family to take me to court and the judge in family court over rule dfsc wishes to not allow child to return because during court order visits she had been around dad. The Forensic interview proved it. The sex offender goes to court yesterday Jeremy Morris only violates him for 2 months. I swear it's something not right with that man . you keep slapping him on the wrist with evidence .

It's time to VOTE Paul Howard and his band of guerillas out of the Fulton County DA's office. I called this office December 15, 2014. I spoke with ADA Jeff WALKER. He told me this case was closed. The very next day, less than 24 hours later, a "grand jury reviewed and indicted" this fraud under a new case number. Attorney Lisa Webb Wannamaker (of Coleman TalleyLLP) lied and had a Union City Police Officer lie to a judge. Attorney Lisa Wannamaker went to the Union City Police and filed a fraudulent police report on October 9, 2012. She filed under penalty of perjury that I had stolen company property and money. They could have had me served for court. I could have gone before a misdemeanor judge in Union City and presented proof that I did not steal company property or money. That, in fact, I had mailed all company belongings via certified mail. I still have the fax confirmations showing that Attorney Lisa Wannamaker and Cinnamon Willis of Ambling Property Management received the USPS tracking confirmation number. They received the company belongings on October 12, 2012. DA Paul Howard and his guerrillas have allowed this lie to ruin my career and fester in their courts for YEARS. I notified the clerk's office of my change of address. I filed documents in court. The clerk's office mailed my court date to the wrong address. The judge in the case signed a warrant for my arrest. I recorded the call with the clerk's office. They received their letter back citing the incorrect address. They didn't inform the judge. I am not going to call the court house everyday for a court date. It should have been mailed to the correct address which they had. The clerk's should have informed the judge that despite having the correct address filed in court, they mailed the court date to the wrong address. Fulton County has ruined my life. Paul Howard and that entire staff must go!

They care about the citizens and their volume of case load is CRAZY, because, well, Fulton. They are the truth. And Paul Howard, while you can call him any name you want, knows it remains a bottom line business and the man and his team of soldiers PRODUCE. They are human, but they also have that dog in them.

The Question is for Paul Howard, why don't you Retire and allow someone else to do a better job. Just Retire.

They do excellent work, they just have too many cases to deal with because... Fulton. The lawyers are all top notch but also humane and reasonable.
