THREE days after real estate closing and I still don't have my proceeds!
NO response from attorney.
Medley said they were waiting for UPS delivery of deed.
Medley has had that deed for 2 days !!!!!!!! and they still have not wire transferred my money to me.

They closed the real estate transfer using electronic documents THREE DAYS AGO.
They have had the paper copy of the signed and notarized deed for TWO Days.

I have no choice but to notify state bar association of their unethical practices and may even have to litigate. Disgusted.

Fastest closing ever. Today my buyer closed with Leonard and Dominique, and their process was super speedy and thorough. Not only did we close in 10 business days, but the closing was under 30 mins once all parties were available.
