I don’t usually write a lot of reviews due to lack of time, but I do make the time when someone really deserves it. Tracy and his team were awesome. They were nice honest and realistic. He was able to help my son come home. Which helped us modify the custody order. My son is so happy and our family is truly grateful. Dia, was such an essential part of this, she went out of her way to help us. Helping stop my child support from being deducted after custody had changed and so much more. When my ex would not do what he was supposed to Tracy and Dia were there to save the day. Tracy in the court room and Dia on the phone with me making sure that we had all the information that Tracy needed. Together they helped me, my son, Georgia and Texas work together as one. From the first time I was in Tracy's office for my consultation to the day we won our case (a year later) was just a magnificent experience! He gave me hope from the first day, made his goal, and carried it out to the very end. I could feel that he TRULY cared about our case, and he TRULY gave us his ALL the whole time! He is a man of God, and I saw that throughout the entire case. He took me by the hand and prayed for me the very first time I was in his office. Inept and uncaring. Stay away if you want to win your case.
Biggest mistake of my life. I hired Tracy and he wanted to be paid up front. No big deal, that's to be expected. but then to only see him one more time before court? I could never get a hold of him... EVER! He had an inept paralegal who would screw up all the paperwork and then i would get charged to fix it. In court he was the most indifferent lawyer i had ever seen. he seemed to not really care about the case and then he disappeared right after court before i could talk to him. i never heard from him again. I found out i lost custody of my kids through my ex wife. I never heard from him and i couldn't get a hold of anyone who could tell me the whole verdict. they just said I should get it in the mail within a week. I want my $7000 back so i can go hire a decent lawyer.
