Best group of attorney's I've EVER known !!!

The Lundys and Chuck Morris run a fantastic law firm and are good and decent people. They really give back to the community and are very honest.

Let me say, first I have worked for a lawyer before. So my low review is not because I don't understand a lawyer's mentality. I just want the public to understand the positives and negatives about this particular lawyer. I will not fault him for anything leading up to hiring him as my attorney out of fairness. My biggest problem was Mr. Lundy inability to take anything I said seriously. That has literally just cost me over 3000 dollars out of a 15000.00 "win". If you don't how that breaks down, I only received roughly 3000.00. I wish he returned my calls more then the 3 times he did in what was close to a year of him representing me. I wish he had listened to me on the day of mediation instead of insisting he was right. I wish he had honestly read my file before mediation instead of skimming through and costing me so dearly. In short, I just wish he had been anything his website said he was. With that being said, he did handle the job, although half-heartedly.

I've called and left several messages and can't get a call back. They accepted my case months ago, had me sign HIPPA forms, and then nothing. I guess I will need a new law office.

Well words can't begin to express what a good man Mr. Lundy is as well as a lawyer.

Rick Lundy is very rude. His paralegal always says he’ll call you and never will. But he says things like “your just a criminal”. He even said if your not ready to pay I’m not answering any more questions have some other lawyer take your money.

All the staff is super kind. :)
